Every lighting and hardware piece is thoughtfully assembled at our facility in Charlotte, NC. After an order is placed, it moves into our production queue, with timelines varying due to the handcrafted nature of our work and current demand. Some custom designs may require additional time to complete.

As we do not maintain inventory, each piece is made to order by a skilled artisan. Our production process includes hand-pouring and curing custom concrete components, along with a range of detailed steps such as powder coating, woodworking, chemical aging, lacquering, painting, wiring, testing, and packaging. Each stage is carefully executed to ensure every fixture meets our exacting standards for quality, durability, and finish—so your order arrives thoughtfully crafted and ready to install.

For larger orders of 10 or more items, we will reach out if we anticipate any delays in meeting the standard lead time. If you require your order by a specific date or need expedited production, please contact us as early as possible — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
