Every lighting and hardware piece is thoughtfully assembled at our facility in Charlotte, NC. After an order is placed, it moves into our production queue, with timelines varying due to the handcrafted nature of our work and current demand. Some custom designs may require additional time to complete.

As we do not maintain inventory, each piece is made to order by a skilled artisan. Our production process includes hand-pouring and curing custom concrete components, along with a range of detailed steps such as powder coating, woodworking, chemical aging, lacquering, painting, wiring, testing, and packaging. Each stage is carefully executed to ensure every fixture meets our exacting standards for quality, durability, and finish—so your order arrives thoughtfully crafted and ready to install.

For larger orders of 10 or more items, we will contact you if we are not able to meet our quoted lead time. If you need a fixture sooner or on a specific date, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Have not hung the light yet, as the kitchen is still under construction, but have ordered two more smaller lights to match for over the windows over the sink. It also goes well with my mixed modern, industrial, bohemian vibe. In the deep of winter the gold will look like warm sunshine.
