Like a delicate jewel, the Kalmia Pendant Light gracefully suspends and disperses light through its uniquely ribbed 12” inch glass body. The single drop interior rod and interior brass hardware complete the look with modern, clean lines. All lighting and hardware products are assembled in our facility in Charlotte, NC. When an order is placed, it enters a production queue and typically requires 2-3 weeks to complete (excluding our custom globe chandeliers which have an 6 week lead time). We do not stock inventory, and each item is produced just for you by an expert artisan. Our process involves activities such as powder coating, woodworking, chemical aging, lacquering, painting, wiring, testing, packaging, and more, and we do our very best to complete your order in a timely fashion.

For larger orders of 10 or more items, we will contact you if we are not able to meet our quoted lead time. If you need a fixture sooner or on a specific date, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Expedited Chandelier Lead Time: 1 week / 3 weeks

Expedited Dome Lighting Lead Time: 5-7 days/ $50 per fixture

High ceilings in your kitchen, dining room or living room? Need to hang our light fixtures longer than the standard 36″ rods? We offer additional pendant rods as well as pendant cord and chain as alternative options.

Each Cordero Home & Lighting pendant light fixture comes with 36 inches of rod as standard, consisting of two 12-inch and two 6-inch sections. Please utilize the provided calculator to determine whether additional rods are required.

Beautiful hammered pendant light in navy to go over our new island. Very well made and gorgeous, shiny finish. Have not hung the light yet, as the kitchen is still under construction, but have ordered two more smaller lights to match for over the windows over the sink. Came very well packaged to avoid damage.

We worked with Dan while building a new house during the pandemic. At a time when everything was crashing around us with vendors and contractors, Dan was incredibly responsive, friendly, and patient. We had delays with electricians, issues with shipping related to COVID….the list goes on and on. Dan responded to every email and even picked up the phone to call me when we were in crunch time with the builders. I could go on and on (and I have many times to whoever will listen) but let me also comment on his amazing craftsmanship. We purchased the hammered dome in black for our farmhouse style, casual dining room, a multi-globe chandelier for our foyer, two farmhouse lights for our laundry room add three pendant globe/lights for the kitchen. Each piece is more spectacular than the next. They are show stopping, unique and made with great care and detail.
I can’t recommend Dan enough. Wish I had stumbled upon him sooner.
