The Verilo Axis Sconce

A Refined Balance of Motion, Form, and Light

Some fixtures are designed simply to illuminate. Others are designed to shape the atmosphere around them.

The Verilo Axis Sconce was created as a modern interpretation of the classic picture and vanity light — distilled into its most minimal architectural form. At its center is a slender illuminated glass tube that appears to float effortlessly beneath a pivoting arm, creating a composition that feels both sculptural and functional.

The adjustable axis detail introduces subtle movement and intentionality to the design, allowing the fixture to feel dynamic from every angle while maintaining a clean, restrained silhouette. The result is a wall light that delivers soft ambient illumination with a quiet sense of sophistication.

Whether mounted above artwork, styled over open shelving, flanking a mirror, or bringing warmth to a reading nook, the Verilo Axis Sconce blends seamlessly into modern interiors while still making a statement.

Designed and assembled by Cordero Home & Lighting, each fixture pairs refined materials with purposeful simplicity — celebrating the beauty of light itself.

Tailored to Your Space

The Verilo Axis Sconce is designed with customization in mind, allowing the fixture to adapt beautifully to a wide range of interiors and applications.

The illuminated bulb is available in two sizes:

12″ Bulb – A more compact scale ideal for smaller spaces, bedside lighting, or layered wall compositions
20″ Bulb – A larger statement size perfect for vanity lighting, artwork, shelving, and feature walls (shown)

Each fixture is paired with our signature pivot hardware and circular canopy, available in five curated finishes:

Flat Black
Antique Brass (shown)
Brushed Brass
Bronze
Satin White
Brushed Nickel

To further personalize the look, the Verilo Axis Sconce is offered with two distinct glass styles:

Clear Glass with Exposed LED Filament – Showcasing the warm floating filament for a more architectural and modern industrial feel
Porcelain-Effect Glass Finish – A softly diffused glow with a refined, elevated appearance

Together, these options allow the Verilo Axis Sconce to transition effortlessly between warm contemporary interiors, moody luxury spaces, and minimalist architectural environments.

I cannot say enough good things about this custom-made chandelier. Dan was amazing to work with from design, answering questions and getting this made and delivered faster than anticipated to meet a deadline. Post install, it’s even more brilliant than we had hoped. I can’t stop staring at it. Would recommend Cordero to anyone searching for a high quality product and phenomenal customer service!

We worked with Dan while building a new house during the pandemic. At a time when everything was crashing around us with vendors and contractors, Dan was incredibly responsive, friendly, and patient. We had delays with electricians, issues with shipping related to COVID….the list goes on and on. Dan responded to every email and even picked up the phone to call me when we were in crunch time with the builders. I could go on and on (and I have many times to whoever will listen) but let me also comment on his amazing craftsmanship. We purchased the hammered dome in black for our farmhouse style, casual dining room, a multi-globe chandelier for our foyer, two farmhouse lights for our laundry room add three pendant globe/lights for the kitchen. Each piece is more spectacular than the next. They are show stopping, unique and made with great care and detail.
I can’t recommend Dan enough. Wish I had stumbled upon him sooner.
