Inspired by our handcrafted Galilean Concrete Pendant Light, the Galilean Metal Pendant Light brings the same timeless half-sphere silhouette to a new, exceptionally lightweight construction. Crafted from durable metal and finished by hand to recreate the organic texture and dimensional character of concrete, it delivers the unmistakable Galilean look in a more versatile form.

Designed with the same signature shape, proportions, and sizes as our original concrete fixture, this version replaces the hand-poured concrete shade with a precision-formed metal dome. The exterior is then given a carefully applied concrete-inspired finish, creating the appearance of a substantial concrete fixture while remaining remarkably lightweight.

The result is a pendant that preserves the architectural beauty and soft sculptural curves of the original Galilean while introducing greater installation flexibility and expanded hanging options made possible by its lighter metal construction.

Its distinctive half-sphere dome shape creates a timeless silhouette that feels both architectural and organic. The lightweight metal construction also gives the Galilean Metal Pendant significantly more flexibility when it comes to suspension.

In addition to our classic metal rod suspension, the metal version introduces two additional hanging options: Fabric Cord and Metal Chain. Each suspension style creates a distinctly different look while allowing you to tailor the fixture to both the architecture and aesthetic of your space.

Metal Rods provide a clean, tailored appearance with the structured, architectural look associated with our original Galilean design. They are an ideal choice for modern, transitional, and contemporary interiors where a crisp suspension detail is preferred.

Fabric Cord offers a softer, more relaxed appearance while providing exceptional flexibility for custom drop lengths. This makes it especially useful for vaulted or sloped ceilings, particularly when multiple pendants are being installed together.

With vaulted ceilings, each fixture may require a slightly different drop length in order for the shades to align perfectly at the same height. Fabric cord allows each pendant to be adjusted independently to the precise drop needed, creating a clean, level installation even when the ceiling above is angled or uneven.

Metal Chain introduces another layer of texture and character, giving the Galilean a more substantial, collected, and architectural presence while still benefiting from the lightweight metal shade.
